Avenview offers new HDBaseT matrix switches

At Avenview, we now offer a series of new HDBaseT matrix switches, which can be used to help manage multiple video displays that require the input of this much content.

Sending video, audio, Ethernet and controls from point A to point B is becoming a larger challenge for many organizations. This is especially true as setting up video boards or multimedia locations within the office or home is something that more organizations are looking into. In many cases, this can mean a nest of cables is required to handle all of this content transferring.

HDBaseT has become a new connectivity standard that is used for whole-home and commercial distribution of uncompressed HD multiple media content. The backbone of the system is 5Play, a feature that converges full HD video, audio, 100BaseT Ethernet, power over cable and various control signals through a single LAN cable.

It is an asymmetric method in which video, audio, Ethernet and controls move from one source, but only 100Mb are transferred back in the form of Ethernet and controls. This is accomplished through special line coding scheme and the innovative DSP engine and AFE architecture that provides better transfer quality of audio, controls and Ethernet.

At Avenview, we now offer a series of new HDBaseT matrix switches, which can be used to help manage multiple video displays that require the input of this much content. These include:

  • HDBaseT HDMI Wall Plate Transmitter IR/RS232/POE 100M
  • HDBaseT Modular Matrix IR/RS232/POE 4K2K Supported
  • HDBaseT HDMI CAT5/6/7 4K2K 3D IR RS232 LAN Support-POE Receiver -100m
  • HDBaseT Lite HDMI POE RECEIVER CAT5/6/7 4K2K 3D IR Support
