The Avenview AVSignRoom Touch screen has a built-in digital signage player which turns the touch screen into a powerful room booking and signage solution. This makes room booking a breeze with its easy to use interface and ability to create customized booking solutions, remote administration, display custom videos, and signage, and create future bookings with customized LED light control on the touch panel. Supports AVSignPRO, AVSignRoom and other third-party software packages.

The AvSignroom is based on a Robust custom Android 4.4 OS with Watchdog Timer which initiates auto-reboot for self-recovery under unexpected conditions. The unit supports open standards like HTML5, H.264, MPEG, and Javascript and has easy Integration with Microsoft Exchange, Google Calendar, and Lotus Notes. The unit also Includes widgets for displaying HTML, stocks, news, weather and more. The easy installation is complimented with PoE support for one-wire installation and setup.

Support for NFC user authentication and room management adds additional value to this solution for room access and security, Flush VESA mount and glass mounts are available for flexible installation. Audio support and streaming video are essential attributes to complete the attributes of the Digital signage room booking solution.
